Ceci Waguespack LCSW
Ceci Waguespack earned a bachelor's degree in English from Boston College in 1992 and a master's degree in social work from Louisiana State University in 1996. Ceci has experience in community development here in Baton Rouge as well as community mental health in Lake Charles. She also spent years as a medical social worker, helping patients deal with effects of acute and chronic medical issues. Since starting her private practice in 2008, Ceci has employed Cognitive Behavioral therapy techniques, stress and panic reduction strategies and mindfulness practices to assist clients. She has done additional training in CBT for Insomnia. She provides therapy to those adolescent and adult clients dealing with issues like anxiety, depression, grief, compulsions/ruminations, family conflict and disordered executive functioning .
